On the second and third level is where trouble often occurs. After we set the basics, we have no clue what to do next. As a successful person, you must have a particular order in your mind all the time. As an Alpha Male, you have to define your priorities, for your own personal interest.

Some things will grab your attention like a casino in Las Vegas and just won’t let you ignore them. Other things may seem to be dull and not make any noise, but may be much more worthy of your time investment. You need to understand that from a place of control you have to say yes or no to different things. Remember though that when you say yes to one thing, you probably have to say no to certain other things.

Life will demand commitments for our time, energy and money, and in some situations we need to make them, but we need to know which ones are really worth it. That’s why we need to know the answers to a few questions like these:

“What is it that I want to accomplish in life?”

“What values do I treasure in life and what do I stand for?”

“What are my main objectives for the close future, and what are my long-term objectives?”

The most successful leaders or Alpha Male models have answers to all these questions and many others.

So let’s talk about leadership. Alpha Male Leadership. It has been clearly explained that as an Alpha Male, you need to be a leader. Being a leader is not merely giving instructions and asking your team members to complete their tasks perfectly. You also need to be consistent with yourself and be willing to learn and accept others’ opinions.

Here are 10 tips on how to improve your leadership skills:

1. Have a vision. Without a vision, you will never know where your life will end. Set a big goal for long-term periods, and set some smaller goals for the short-term periods. You need to be able to see where you will stand in the next 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc. You need to dream big and imagine yourself being in that place already. By doing so, you will live your life in accordance to what you want it to be. An Alpha Male knows what he wants from life.
2. Maintain a positive attitude. Do you think you will be a true leader when you always see things pessimistically? You need to see possibilities in every situation, no matter how hard it is. By being positive, you will live away from negativity and worries, because you believe that you can achieve what you desire. In addition, being positive makes you a happy person and people will be magnetically attracted to you. So remember that an Alpha Male has a positive attitude.
3. Accept critic wisely.  Critics will help you grow and learn better. When people criticize you, it means they want to see you improve. Don’t be angry when someone criticizes you. Instead, say thank you and think about that critic carefully. An Alpha Male doesn’t reject critic.
4. Learn from mistakes. A true leader and an alpha male will not make the same mistakes twice. He will reevaluate the mistake and learn from it. You don’t have to make mistakes in order to learn. Other people’s mistakes can also be a valuable lesson for you.
5. Improve your communication skills. How will people know and understand your ideas if you cannot express them clearly and precisely? You need to speak your ideas, visions and opinions clearly, with the proper words that can be understood easily by others. This also includes listening to what other people are saying, so that you will know what they have in mind.
6. Admit your mistakes. It’s human nature… people make mistakes. So if you do, sincerely apologize instead of blaming other people or avoiding the problem. A true leader is he who bravely admits his mistakes and learns from them.
7. Control your emotions. When bad things happen, stop being nervous and don’t panic. If the leader is in panic, then the rest of the team members will surely be. Stay calm when you encounter a problem, no matter how difficult that problem is. Solve the problem cold mindedly and listen to others’ suggestions. Don’t be shy to ask for help and don’t keep the problem  to yourself.
8. Take responsibility when bad things happen. Don’t blame other people when things don’t go as they are planned.
9. Keep learning. Just because you are the only one who knows some things better than others, doesn’t mean you have to get stuck there and stop learning. Enrich yourself with new knowledge and experiences every day. An Alpha Male grows constantly.
10. Inspire others. The difference between a wannabe leader and a true leader is that a wanna leader merely instructs his members to do the tasks he assigns them to do, while a true leader also works with them. Therefore, a leader will say, “Go!” while a true leader says, “Let’s go!” As a true leader, your members will evaluate your work and the way you lead, and they will indirectly judge whether you are a worth following or not. Once you’re a true leader, you will naturally inspire other people to become like you because they will see you as a role model.

A first date can bring nervousness and even a panic attack for some guys, even if you are an Alpha Male. Some guys don’t have any idea  what to do and they tend to ruin their first date either by doing things they shouldn’t do or by not doing the things they should. • Be confident.
• Be on-time when you pick her up. Don’t let her wait. If you happen to wait for her at her house, you can use this opportunity for getting to know her family better.
• Wear comfortable clothes and put on some perfume. Yet, remember not to be over do it.
• Choose a place that is familiar and comfortable for the both of you. If you don’t have any ideas of where to go, take a safe place, like a restaurant or a juice bar.
• Give sincere compliments on her appearance. Say, “I like your dress” or “It’s a lovely hair-do.”
• Respond to what she says. Laugh when she tells a joke and give some suggestions when she shares her problems with you. In short, show some interest in her.
• Be yourself. Show her what kind of a guy you are. Don’t try to be someone you are not just to impress her.

Don’ts

• Don’t ask about her past relationships. Some women don’t want to recall their past, especially when they left her with bad memories. Don’t talk about your past relationships either. If you want to start with someone new, forget about those in the past.

“Read” the Girl before Deciding Where to Take Her Out

Where should you take her on a first date? It depends on the girl. Try to get some information on her interests and personality. Don’t take her outdoors if she’s not a fan of outdoor activities, nor take her to watch action movies if she hates them. For example, you could take her to a museum if she loves history. Yet, if you still don’t have any ideas, take her to a “safe” place, like a restaurant (without those candle lights and violin players) or a juice bar. The first and most important rule is to open as fast as possible, not allowing your mind to start asking stupid questions and destroy the little confidence you have. Start to pick up women right when you enter the venue or as fast as possible, and make sure nobody conceives you as being alone because it lowers your social value. Even if you don’t have a specific target right from the start never sit with your beer in front of your chest looking around like a predator like most guys do, rather pretend that you’re having a conversation on your cell phone or talk to a friend but never sit alone gazing around.

Open using an opener with situational relevance, in a way you DO NOT convey sexual interest, facing body/feet in a different way you normally would while talking to somebody familiar. It’s a common misconception that guys are divided in two categories: Nice guy, and Jerk. These are two really bad extremes that you should avoid.

How to become an Alpha Male

Have a positive attitude

If you want to become an alpha male, you must begin with your attitude. Learn to stay relaxed and to not let anything worry you.  You can’t change anything by just worrying and being negative so why would you act like that?

Be fun and energetic and this will propel you as a more interesting person. In addition, if you are a negative person, you will only attract the same type of people around you, and I don’t think that’s what you’re looking for.

Be confident

Being confident on the inside will help you shine confidence on the outside. This is all part of mastering your ‘inner game’.  If you don’t have money, girls, power, or anything else that you believe that attracts women, that doesn’t mean you don’t have what it takes to become an alpha male. Everything comes from what you think about yourself. If you consider yourself unworthy of beautiful women, respect, power, money or anything else you might desire, then you won’t get them. If you believe you deserve these things, and act like it, others will believe it too and they’ll treat you as such.

Stop reading pick up rule books

An Alpha Male isn’t a guy who reads rules in a book or copies things he’s seen other guys do. He’s not stuck in his head trying to remember what some guy wrote in his book. He’s doing what he knows is right in every moment.

Your body language must convey confidence

You must appear to have dominance. Be relaxed and comfortable in your surroundings. Take up lots of space. Don’t fidget or bounce around. Don’t blink so much! Move slower! Relax!

Fill the holes in your belief system

If you are uncertain of what you believe in and why you believe in it, now is the time to solidify your boundaries. Nothing is wrong with critical thinking and you can always change your beliefs down the road. But know the reasons you are doing the things you do. This means having a personal code and living by it. Whether it is religious or whether it is secular, define what makes you happy and stick to your path.

Adapt

One of the hardest attributes to learn, adaptability is as close to being an instinctual and inherent quality as I like to think is possible. Adaptability, and your comfort with it, will accumulate as you continue to have personal experiences. To work on your adaptability, throw yourself in a variety of experiences that you are unfamiliar with. You will become more comfortable handling the unknown, as well as pick up on maladaptive patterns for self-correction.

Live in the present

By being present and not thinking about the past or future you begin to base your decision making on instinct. In fact, more often than not your instincts will tell you the right decision to make. Often past experience and worrying hinders your decision making ability. Live in the moment.

Be physically fit

You shouldn’t go overboard, but you can always keep your mind and body sharp with physical fitness and weight lifting. Even if it’s only a couple times a week, it will give you the necessary positive beliefs to understand you’re the protector of the ones you love. And in reality when you build muscle and strength, you will in fact become a better protector..

Don’t let your own personal wellbeing or mood be affected by others

People who are unhappy with their lives or the way they’ve turned out have a remarkable ability to bring others down with them. Misery loves company. Don’t be one of these people who get sucked down through unjust criticism and belittlement. An alpha male lets the insults roll off him back like water rolls off a duck.

Assume high status

When a man walks into a room of people, he will either:

a) Assume lower status and look around for a leader to follow or get approval from. In other words, he’ll check to see how others are behaving and then follow their lead.

b) Assume high status, take on the role of the leader (or at least one of the leaders) and naturally expect others to follow him or at least show him respect.

Typically, alpha males are more like the second type of guy listed above.  If you’re like the first guy, you probably don’t experience much success with women. If you’re more like the second guy, you most-likely have women falling all over you everywhere you go.

• An important Alpha Male trait is the sense of humor. An Alpha Male has a well developed sense of humor. He knows how to laugh at the rest of the world as well as himself. He makes others laugh, and feel good about themselves. People around an Alpha Male tend to get sucked into his reality because he’s interesting and makes them feel comfortable.

• For an Alpha Male, time is important – he is a busy man, he has places to go and people to see. He doesn’t have time to wait for a woman more than 15 minutes when she’s late and he doesn’t wait on the phone if she puts him on hold. He knows that time is a valuable asset and never wastes it.
