PC muscle - Intermediate Exercises

After you have strengthened your PC muscles enough with the begginer exercises, you can step up to the Intermediate exercises. These exercises will take you to the next level of PC strength and sexual improvement.

Intermediate PC muscle Exercise #1:

Basic PC Squeezes

Gradually tighten your PC muscle and hold it tight for about five seconds. Then, slowly release. Repeat this 10 times every day and work it up to 50 times a day. When you'll be able to do it 50 times per day you can decrease the number of exercises. You can do them while watching TV, while driving to work, basically anytime, so squeeze your PC muscle whenever you get the chance.

Intermediate PC muscle Exercise #2:

Short Squeezes

This exercise is similar to the previous one, however your are focusing on shorter, faster squeezes. After tightening your PC muscle, only hold it for about two seconds. Start with 20 reps per day and increase to 100.

Intermediate PC muscle Exercise #3:

Long, slow squeezes

Start by worming up with 30 short squeezes ( the previous exercise), then tighten your PC muscle as hard as you can. When you reach the maximum, hold it for about twenty seconds. Then rest for thirty seconds, and repeat the exercise. Five times! After a month of daily exercising you'll be able to squeeze and hold for at least one or two minutes at a time, maybe even longer. By mastering this exercise you will be able to have rock hard erections and the control to last as long as you want in bed.

Work your way up to ten sets of two minute long holds. You will be amazed with the results of this exercise.
